Why this page exists
The reading room publishes a sign-in route because account access is a frequent reader question. The route is the same one published by the platform; the reading room does not host a login form. The reading room does not see or store the player's credentials.
The route
The sign-in route is the platform's own page, reachable from the /Login/playnow affiliate redirect on this site. The platform's page accepts the player's mobile number or email and the player's password. Two-factor authentication is the platform's default for new sign-ins on a new device.
What to do if the route fails
If the route fails on the first attempt, the most common cause is an outdated password. Use the platform's "forgot password" route and follow the email or SMS link. If the email or SMS does not arrive, check the spam folder and confirm the contact details on the account profile.
Account security
The reading-room rule on account security is short. Use a unique password. Enable two-factor authentication. Do not share the account. The platform will never ask for the password by phone or email. Anyone who does is not the platform.
