The verification desk, in three parts
The verification process on a rummy platform is the same on every well-run platform: identity, address, and payment instrument. The order matters. Get the order wrong and the queue resets. Get the order right and a withdrawal usually clears on the first pass.
Step 01: identity document
One government-issued photo identity. The name must match the account name. Accepted documents vary by platform but the common list is: passport, voter ID, driver's licence, Aadhaar (last four masked). A masked Aadhaar is acceptable at most platforms but not all; check the platform's upload form before you redact.

Step 02: address document
A document showing the residential address, dated within the last three months. Accepted documents: utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement. A mobile bill is usually accepted. A PO box is not. The address must match the address on the account profile. If you have moved recently, update the profile before you upload.
Step 03: payment instrument
UPI is the fastest verification path on most platforms. Bank account with IFSC is universal but slower. Card verification requires a masked PAN on the same account holder. Mixed-name accounts are rejected on first attempt. The cardholder name and the account name must match exactly.
The upload order that works
- Update the account profile first. Address, name, and contact details.
- Upload the identity document. Wait for the green tick before continuing.
- Upload the address document. Wait for the green tick before continuing.
- Add the payment instrument. UPI is fastest, bank account with IFSC is universal, card with masked PAN is slowest.
- Trigger a small withdrawal to confirm the round-trip works.
What the desk does not publish
The desk does not publish a platform-by-platform verification speed score. Verification speed depends on the queue depth at the time of the upload, the platform's review staffing, and the completeness of the upload. The reading is qualitative and is held at the review desk.
What to do if the upload fails
If the upload fails on the first attempt, the most common cause is a name mismatch. Re-check the account profile against the document exactly. The second most common cause is a document older than three months. The third is a PO box on the address document. None of these failures is the platform's fault; they are uploads that did not match the verification rules.
