What KYC is
KYC is "know your customer." The platform is required by its regulator to verify the identity of every player before the first withdrawal. The verification is the platform's protection and yours: it confirms that no one else can withdraw from your account.
What the platform actually needs
The platform needs three documents: an identity document, an address document, and a payment instrument. The order matters. Get the order wrong and the queue resets.
What counts as a verifiable address
A document showing the residential address, dated within the last three months. Utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement. A mobile bill is usually accepted. A PO box is not. The address must match the address on the account profile exactly.
What does not count
A document older than three months does not count. A PO box does not count. A document with a different name does not count. A document with a different address does not count. A document with a low-quality scan does not count.
The upload order
- Update the account profile first.
- Upload the identity document. Wait for the green tick.
- Upload the address document. Wait for the green tick.
- Add the payment instrument.
- Trigger a small withdrawal to confirm the round-trip.
